PH connected to a NV of the same value creates a Number.

A different PH from a NV is something, but it can not be created in to a number until you create the same value out of the PH and NV. The excess of NV or PH ( ¿ if PH can have excess ? ) can be used for something else.

They are connected with this sign in the middle:   >==<

The C actually has a line going vertically up from the top of the C and Vertically down from the bottom or ₵ typed. Look at the bottom of the image next to the 6. “It means the mix/removal becomes”
